ACCOUNT CASE DESK
Prove the Payment Trail Without Oversharing
Payment ownership is different from identity. The review connects the account holder to the method used for a deposit or selected for a withdrawal. The safest evidence shows the requested holder name and masked identifier while excluding credentials that allow a payment to be controlled.
Open the live accountIdentify the exact transaction
Start with the deposit reference, date, amount, method and masked identifier in the cashier history. Two cards or wallets from the same provider are not the same route. Tie the requested proof to one transaction so support knows which ownership record is being checked.
Show holder and masked method
Use the accepted statement, account screen or card view that displays the holder name, issuer and requested last digits. Mask a full card number and unrelated balances where permitted. Never reveal a card security code, online-banking password, wallet private key or recovery phrase.
Resolve a third-party method honestly
If the method belongs to another person or business, stop new transactions and explain the mismatch. Do not manufacture proof or cycle the withdrawal to another method. Ask which account action and return path apply under the current rule.
Separate ownership from source review
A document proving that an account is yours does not necessarily explain where funds came from. If a source-of-funds category is requested, read its period and evidence list separately. Label every upload by purpose to avoid replacing one unanswered question with another.

Quick answers
Is photo ID enough to prove a card?
No. Identity and payment ownership can be separate checks.
Should I show the complete card number?
No. Follow the masking instruction and never expose the security code.
Can a family member's method be verified?
It can create an ownership mismatch; ask for the official resolution instead of reusing it.
